Responsible for the operation of the Payroll function and Benefit & Pension administration of the organization across Canada, the Manager, Payroll & Benefits will lead the payroll function as an individual contributor reporting to the Head of Human Resources, and ensure all employees are paid in compliance with federal and provincial legislation while effectively administrating the benefit and pension plans. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated the ability to lead the development of the payroll strategy with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
