The position of a Home Appliances Field Service Representative (HA FSR) is to guide and support our Service network partners in achieving the best possible service to our LG customers. These tasks would include Service network management, Service Performance management, guideline and policies enforcement, Sales support in the field as well as approval authorizations. Ideal candidate would be proficient in MS office (Excel and PPT) and have stellar analytical skills. Ideal candidate must be able to meet tight deadlines and work in fast paced environment.

It is imperative that in-store marketing budgets are utilized & managed effectively to deliver maximum ROI. The position also requires the candidate to manage co-marketing relationship with carrier/retail partners and optimize ROI on joint marketing campaigns by building consensus with all internal and external stakeholders.
The National Account Manager is responsible for delivering an action plan for the Canadian market to achieve specified targets in the national retail segment. Responsible for the ongoing account management and business development of national retailers, with a primary focus on the desktop displays and projectors. Sales Program Analyst manages various types of promotional activities in order to support Sales representatives and Product Managers to generate revenue and drive incremental business with the valued Enterprise level customers (B2B) in a cost effective and controlled manner. LG Electronics Canada is currently seeking a Direct Mobile Service Technician for GTA East Area. The DMS Technician will provide professional, technical in-home service to repair LG Appliances. This position is part of the strategic plan to provide high quality, manufacture based in-home repair for our customers (end-users), while improving the speed of repair and managing the cost to perform these services.
