LG Electronics Inc. is looking for a candidate to fill a position in our Air Conditioning division. As the successful candidate of the CAC team, the Technical Service Representative will ensure that the technical support and training of commercial air conditioning and VRF systems meets and where possible exceeds LG Canada’s commitment to quality service in meeting the needs of our distributors and contractors. This position will report to training and technical service manager.
The Technical Service Representative will answer incoming calls and emails from Dealers, contractors and LG departments. On a regular basis the TSR will perform training and act as a company liaison troubleshooting and resolving any technical & service issues that may arise over the phone, by email or by traveling to job sites if required . To be successful the individual MUST HAVE in depth technical knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning systems with general knowledge about VRF systems.
