  • Overview

    LG Electronics Inc. is looking for a candidate to fill a key position in our Air Conditioning Devision. As the successful candidate you will be a key to the HVAC Team’s growth and the candidate must possess the ability to grow the business annually by utilizing HVAC industry skills and leveraging relationships with wholesale distributors and contractors.  Work with Channel partners on strategic selling to meet and exceed sales targets. Uncover existing and future project opportunities and influence key decision makers throughout vertical market.


    • Responsibility for sales management of multi- and single-zone ductless (including ducted options) and PTAC product lines.
    • Develop project opportunity pipeline with distribution partners and contractors. Track opportunities and follow up.
    • Access existing leads pipeline to farm PTAC opportunities.
    • Forecast sales, projects and inventory with distributors. Accurately forecast month+3 revenue and factory inventory internally.
    • Develop and execute joint business plan with distributors to grow the three product lines.
    • Become a product expert to effectively select, specify and sell project work.
    • Travel as required to the coverage regions.
    • Train distributor staff and contractors in selection, applications and selling the product.


    Education level and/or relevant experience(s)

    • Minimum 5-10 years residential / light commercial HVAC industry experience in a sales role.
    • B2B sales experience.
    • Public speaking and presentation skills.

    Knowledge and skills (general and technical)

    Familiarity with Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

    • Experience presenting to higher levels within the organization, distributor management, engineers, developers and contractors

    Other requirements (licenses, certifications, specialized training, physical or mental abilities required)
