The Claims Associate manages and maintains a designated set of accounts, conducts investigation and validation of all chargeback/non chargeback related claims and Trade Term Payouts; understands offsetting and adjustments processes.


  • Maintain annual program terms with payout
  • Process valid customer claim submissions and post audits
  • Identify invalids and partner with sales team to resolve in a timely manner
  • Process credit notes/debit notes on a daily basis
  • Perform customer account reconciliations for responsible accounts
  • Program registration/monitoring & maintenance
  • Account Management/reporting
  • Analyzing & reporting of accounts
  • Provide client support via email & phone


  • College/University graduate
  • 2-3 years of AR / Deduction management experience
  • Understanding of accounting, promotional claim processing
  • Partner with Sales team
  • Annual Trade Programs
  • Account Management
  • MS Office: Excel :Intermediate – Advance level : to be tested
  • Ability to learn new programs with ease
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced, detail oriented environment
  • Accountability for decisions
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills
  • Knowledge of finance and accounting
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task with various competing priorities
